1. Information on the Collection of Personal Data

(1) Below we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. The processing of data for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory

retention obligations exist.

 

(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offering or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We will also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

 

 

2. Your Rights

As the website operator or service provider, we collect data about access to the website based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and store this data as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged:

• Time at the moment of access

• Amount of data sent in bytes

• Source/reference from which you accessed the page

• Operating system used

• IP address used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

6. Additional Functions and Offers on Our Website

(2) Google Web Fonts
This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. The fonts are integrated on our server and are loaded from there. No data is transmitted to Google in this way.
